The Easiest way to determine the last shut down date/time of the computer with windows is to view the event log. When you shut down a computer a computer event id 6006 is written to event logs. which denotes a clean shutdown here is the methos to view the time and date.....
1. Launch Eventvwr.msc from run prompt to start the event viewer.
2. CLick System
3. Sort the result in right pane by date (Descending order)
4. Locate the most recent entry with the id of 6006 and the source column reading is event log
5. Note down the date and time this is the last shut down time of ur windows.
