IE 6.0:
# Go to
START -> Run. Enter regedit and press ENTERto open the Registry Editor.
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Internet Explorer > Main.

You can click on the + next to each of the folders to open them.
You should see a list of entries.
Scroll down until you see Window Title.
Double-click on Window Title.
A pop-up window should appear with the contents "Microsoft Internet Explorer".
Erase these contents and enter your custom title in the text box.
Click OK.
Close the Registry Editor.
The next time that you open Internet Explorer, you will see the text on your title bar.
IE7:
Open Registry Editor (Start>Run>Type "regedit")
Navigate to : HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Internet Explorer > Main.
You can click on the + next to each of the folders to open them.
Right click on a blank space of the right panel and make a new String Value (New>String Value) and name it Window Title, unless it doesn't already exist.
Double click the new value that you have made and type in the Value Data box what you your title bar to end with.
